thanks for ur kind reply. I got that dll. But i have a doubt. I am using webbrowser control in my form. My task is i have to embed excel in that web browser. Its all working fine for excel 2003. But it wont work for excel 2007. wheather i have to download any assembly for webbrowser. Now am using visual studion 2005 express edition and framework 2.0. I am waiting for ur reply. thanks in advance.

Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.v9.0. dll is actulay come up with
VSTO Runtime RTM.So i think u have to install run time for that.
