Hi place ur files in ur shared documents
and switch to other system
click My networkplaces - > find ur System number -> open the shared documents and access the file..
go to start>run>
type
\\ipaddress\sharedfoldername
hi,
rightclick on that folder and set sharing
find ur system's ipaddress
go start button->run->enter system's ipaddress(\\123.56.2.345 like that)
one window will open with shared folder.
by doing ,u can access that folder from other system
